Residents, Fellows, and Recent Graduates (within 3 years of graduation) are Invited to Submit Original Research for Presentation in a Poster Session

This is an open call for submission of abstracts to be presented as posters at CCJR®  2024 (December 11-14, 2024, Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, Orlando, FL).

Open to all US/Canada and International trainees, orthopaedic residents and fellows, within 3 years of completion of their program (on or after July 31, 2021) may submit an abstract. Only two (2) abstracts submission are allowed per Presenting Author.  Please submit your best work. 

Topics should relate to the management of degenerative conditions of the hip and knee to include hip and knee replacement. Studies that address surgical techniques, diagnosis and management of complications, long term follow-up and related topics are eligible for submission.

Awards will be given for the best knee poster, the best hip poster, and the best overall poster.

  • You or your co-author(s) agree to be present in person at the CCJR® 2024 meeting.

  • Posters will be on display beginning Wednesday 5:00 pm (US EST). Authors might be scheduled to be present at their poster on either Thursday or Friday and available for questions, at the discretion of the Executive Committee and based on the flow of the scientific program. Individual requests to change the day/time of assigned presentation will not be honored for any reason other than an emergency.

  • It is strongly preferred that an abstract submitted for presentation at CCJR®  2024 is original work and has not been published previously.
