Access to the live stream and on-demand (recorded) content of CCJR® 2026;
Planned social and banquet functions (breakfasts, lunches, breaks, reception, etc.).

* Proof of status will be required at time of registration.

Registering for the event signifies agreement with these cancellation policies.
All fees must be paid in full prior to attending the event.
A full refund will be granted if a cancellation request is sent to knee@hip-knee.org by October 1, 2026.
Cancellations received on October 2, 2026 or later, will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee paid.
No refunds will be issued after November 13, 2026.
Transfer of registration to another attendee or a future meeting is not permitted.
These policies are non-negotiable.
