ACCOMPANYING GUESTS AND FAMILY MEMBERS:
Meal functions, breakfasts, breaks, and lunches provided by CCJR® are for registered and badged course participants only. No guests or family members will be admitted into the education session rooms during scientific presentations.
Family members and guests are invited to register for two optional social events. Paid registration and a ticket(s) is needed to attend.
◊ Thursday: Reception in the Exhibit Hall (December 14):
Due to safety concerns, no children under the age of 12 will be admitted into the Exhibit Hall. This rule is non-negotiable and will be enforced. Alcohol will be served during the Happy Hour; parents/guardians should exercise their own discretion when deciding to attend with young children.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
- A full refund will be granted if a cancellation request is received, in writing to cynthia.diaz@hip-knee.org by November 1, 2023.
- A 25% administrative fee will be charged after November 1, 2023.
- No refunds will be issued after December 1, 2023.
- Transfer of registration to another attendee is valid only for the CCJR® 2023 Meeting.
- Registration may not be transferred to any future CCJR® events.
